It was a privilege to interact with the bright and spirited children of Saranalaya Home, Megha Foundation, Chennai, on the topic of Team Building Management on 12th July 2025. The session brought together a diverse age group, from Class II to Class XII, creating a truly dynamic learning environment. Activities were conducted, fostering collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. It was heartwarming to witness even the youngest participants, working seamlessly alongside the older students. The most rewarding part was listening to their thoughtful insights, which reflected not only their understanding of teamwork but also their unique perspectives shaped by their experiences.
