Early in my career, I happened to meet many professionals. While some employees consistently achieved exceptional performance results, others struggled with communication skills, finding it difficult to express their ideas effectively in meetings and everyday workplace discussion.
The difference was not IQ or education. It was how they communicated, collaborated, and navigated the unspoken rules of success. This revelation became Ameyadaya’s mission, to prove that soft skills are not just ‘nice-to-have’ but the ‘must-to-have’ traits.
We have since discovered a deeper truth, the roots of communication barriers often lie not only in childhood experiences, a harsh critique that made someone fear speaking up, or cultural norms that prioritized silence over expression but also in innate traits that can be more influential in decision-making.
